Mamoru Hosoda, director of Summer Wars and Wolf Children, has a new film coming to the states that we have been excited about for a while: The Boy and The Beast! This movie will be playing in movie theaters throughout the nation March 4th to March 10th!
We're going to see the Saturday, March 5th 1:10pm showing at the AMC 24 Disney Springs, located at 1500 N Buena Vista Drive, Orlando, FL, 32830.
When Kyuta, a young orphan living on the streets of Shibuya, stumbles into a fantastic world of beasts, he’s taken in by Kumatetsu, a gruff, rough-around-the-edges warrior beast who’s been searching for the perfect apprentice.
Despite their constant bickering, Kyuta and Kumatetsu begin training together and slowly form a bond as surrogate father and son. But when a deep darkness threatens to throw the human and beast worlds into chaos, the strong bond between this unlikely pair will be put to the ultimate test—a final showdown that will only be won if the two can finally work together using all of their combined strength and courage. Even if you can't see this movie on March 5th with us, there will be plenty of showtimes Between March 4th and 10th and it will also be playing at the Universal Citywalk movie theater as well. Do not miss this movie in theaters!
