We are pleased to announce that for the THIRD year in a row, Propeller Anime will once again be hosting events at Knightrokon, presented by our friends at Anime Spot! The event will once again take place at the University of Central Florida Student Union, on June 7th and 8th!
Many of our members will be hosting many panels and contest, including Iron Cardboard Robot Cosplay AND the Ninja Olympics! Below is our confirmed schedule!
Saturday, June 7th
Iron Cardboard Robot Cosplay
2:30pm - 4:00pm, Sand Keys Ballroom
Propeller Anime presents the competition of competitions at Knightrokon! In Iron Cardboard Robot Cosplay, up to 8 teams of 3 will work hard for 65 minutes to assemble robot costumes - that will be worn(!) - using cardboard, foil, construction paper, and a secret ingredient! THERE WILL BE PRIZES!

Essential Anime Classics: 90s Edition

It’s a look back at the critical hits of the 90s that still matter today! In a panel that is sure to be controversial, level up as an anime fan and find out about some of the greatest stuff Japan has ever produced!
A Live-Action Fist of the North Star Retrospective

In honor of Knightrokon guest Dante Basco, Propeller Anime looks back on the one movie always left out of his convention biography: the infamous live-action Fist of the Star. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry, and cry some more. (Disclaimer: Dante Basco not guaranteed to show.)

Propeller Anime wades through piles of terribad cinematic anime adaptions and presents to you some that are actually good! Really!
The Ninja Olympics
3:30pm - 4:30pm, Sand Key Ballroom
Do you and your buddies want to become supreme ninja masters? Of course you do! The first step in your path of the ninja is to compete in the Ninja Olympics and test your abilities in events of stealth, cunning, strength, and endurance against other ninja teams! Can your team bring the golden shuriken home?
