This Sunday, November 4th is the annual Orlando Japan Festival at the Village at Hunter's Creek on John Young Parkway in west Orlando!
This event is free and features cultural entertainment with musical and dance performances, martial arts demonstrations, fashions shows, and even a speech from the consulate of Japan! There will also be vendors of Japanese products and food along with prize raffles.
For the fifth year in a row, Propeller Anime will be doing a carpool caravan across town. We'll meet at A Comic Shop at 10:30am and leave by 11:00am. (RSVP for the carpool on Facebook.) For those who choose to go there directly, the event starts at noon and ends at 5:00pm.
It does help to provide transportation. If you are doing so, please already have gas in your vehicle for the trip. If you are seeking a ride, please have cash to chip in for your driver. No mooching!
Before the end of the day, we will gather to take a group picture and it will rule! Hopefully we can have food together too! See you this Sunday!
