Propeller Anime Show & Tell on Sunday, May 20th
We just had a twisted night with Uncle Go! When updating our schedule, we saw and remembered that we are supposed to show anime on Sunday, May 20th at 2:30PM at A Comic Shop in The Geek Easy!
We've been busy planning Anime Nites, convention events, and other cool stuff that this slipped from our notice. With a week away, what would we do?
Well, with Propeller Anime run by their own version of "Mr. Excitement," we decided to give a shot at "People Power." What does that mean? You bring in something cool and we'll probably show it.
Probably? You see, our event is three hours so if everyone brings some we can't show everything. However we can throw entries into a fancy top-hat and draw randomly every time it is time to show something.
That means that you bring an episode of a really cool anime that can be played on our Windows 7 operated laptop that supports BluRay, DVD, and all kinds of video formats, then we will enter that in for drawing. (Episode must be 30 minutes or less.)
Should we draw your entry, you get to explain to us why it's good and then we will show it! Since it's a Sunday afternoon and we don't feel like carding people, don't bring hentai. Or anime that sucks.
If everything goes well, then six or seven different anime episodes will be shown! The quality of this event will be determined by YOU.
A Comic Shop is located at 114 S. Semoran Blvd. Winter Park FL, 32792. RSVP on Facebook.
